2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened pet food, customized products, and clearance items, are non-refundable.
